🇮🇳India’s Economy is Accelerating! 📈

India’s Real GDP is estimated to have grown by 7.8% in Q1 of FY 2025-26, up from 6.5% in Q1 FY 2024-25, reflecting strong performance across multiple sectors.

Key Highlights:
*India’s Real GDP estimated to grew by 7.8% in Q1 FY 2025-26, up from 6.5% in Q1 FY 2024-25.
* Nominal GDP grew by 8.8% in Q1 FY 2025-26.
* Agriculture & Allied Sector recorded a Real GVA growth of 3.7%, up from 1.5% in Q1 of FY 2024-25.
* Secondary Sectors: Manufacturing (7.7%) and Construction (7.6%) grew above 7.5% at constant prices.
* Mining & Quarrying (-3.1%) and Electricity, Gas, Water Supply & Other Utility Services (0.5%) moderated during Q1.
* Tertiary Sector saw substantial growth at 9.3%, up from 6.8% in the previous year.
* Government Final Consumption Expenditure (GFCE) bounced back with 9.7% growth in nominal terms, compared to 4.0% in Q1 FY 2024-25.
* Real Private Final Consumption Expenditure (PFCE) grew by 7.0%, compared to 8.3% in the corresponding period last year.
* Gross Fixed Capital Formation (GFCF) recorded 7.8% growth at constant prices, up from 6.7% in Q1 FY 2024-25.
