Hey @SwiggyCares I had placed an order on Wednesday. After some time, the restaurant manager called me to inform about the non-availability of the ordered items. I requested to cancel my order and issue me a refund. I still haven’t heard from Swiggy and didn’t get my money back.

Even a small act would go too far when it comes to customer experience. As an example, IRCTC offers a great catering services for free in Vande Bharat trains. It doesn’t cost them much but this small act is seen a great value addition to the travel experience.

@thisisbhumika @Uber_India That’s the problem when we don’t have enough competition in any space. When it comes to book a cab, you don’t have any options than @Uber_India and @Olacabs . The same goes to food delivery services @zomato and @Swiggy . When monopolies are there, customers face the heat.
