जिस तेजी से निशांत कुमार ने अपने बोलने की कला पर, अपने बॉडी लैंग्वेज और अपने आत्मविश्वास पर काम किया है, वह काबिल-ए-तारीफ है।

PMCH के औचक निरीक्षण के दौरान जिस तरह उन्होंने मीडिया से बात की, उसे देखकर कई लोग हैरान रह गए।
उनकी भाषा, जानकारी और विषय पर पकड़ साफ नजर आ रही थी। शब्दों का उच्चारण भी बेहद स्पष्ट था। जिस राज्य के मुख्यमंत्री कभी Affidavit को Halfedavit बोलने के लिए चर्चा में रहे हों, उसी राज्य का स्वास्थ्य मंत्री पूरे आत्मविश्वास के साथ Composition, Equipment, Orthopedic Surgeon, Neuro, Orthopedic, Pediatric, Gynecology, Knee Replacement जैसे शब्द सहजता से बोल रहा था।
क्या आप सम्राट चौधरी को इन शब्दों का इसी तरह इस्तेमाल करते हुए आसानी से कल्पना कर सकते हैं?

निशांत कुमार को इस नए अवतार में देखकर जदयू कार��यकर्ताओं के भीतर भी नया उत्साह दिखाई दे रहा है। मैं दावे के साथ कह सकता हूं कि यह तो सिर्फ ट्रेलर है, पूरी फिल्म अभी बाकी है।

मेरी राय में निशांत कुमार बिहार के अगले बड़े नेता बन सकते हैं। अग�� वे स्वास्थ्य विभाग का 50 प्रतिशत भी सुधारने में सफल हो जाते हैं, तो बिहार की राजनीति में नायक बनकर उभर सकते हैं। ऐसे में मुख्यमंत्री की कुर्सी भी उनके लिए दूर नहीं होगी।

बस जरूरत है कि लोग उन पर भरोसा करें। अगर हम सिर्फ हाफेडेविट वाले में ही उलझे रहेंगे, तो शायद निशांत कुमार जैसा एक संभावित हीरा पहचानने से चूक जाएंगे।

और निशांत कुमार का नया फैसला भी जान लीजिए। स्वास्थ्य मंत्री ने कहा है कि ��ाज्य के करीब 15 हजार स्वास्थ्य संस्थानों में सीसीटीवी कैमरे लगाए जाएंगे और डॉक्टरों की उपस्थिति से लेकर उनके कामकाज तक की मॉनिटरिंग की जाएगी। मंत्री ने यह भी कहा है कि वह खुद इस व्यवस्था पर नजर रखेंगे। इतना ही नहीं, इसके लिए एक विशेष सॉफ्टवेयर भी विकसित किया जा रहा है, जिससे डॉक्टर अस्पताल में ��ने से लेकर जाने तक क्या काम कर रहे हैं, इसका पूरा रिकॉर्ड तैयार होगा।

🚨 #ExpressInvestigation | The Union Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare, Bhagirath Choudhary, received a subsidy of Rs 99 lakh for his cucumber farm under a scheme administered by the Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare.

The subsidy was granted under the "Development of Commercial Horticulture through Production and Post-Harvest Management of Horticulture Crops" scheme, which aims to promote large-scale commercial cultivation of select vegetables and flowers.

Under the scheme, eligible beneficiaries — including individuals, farmer groups, companies, cooperatives and other institutions — can receive a subsidy of up to 50 per cent of the project cost, capped at Rs 1 crore per family.

The subsidy is linked to a term loan taken for the project and is released after the completion of the project, following multiple stages of approval and inspection by the National Horticulture Board (NHB).
