Keep training, eat well, stay moving. Ramadan’s not there to make us shredded but we can use it to support a healthy way of being.

Sustainable progress is about establishing habits we keep for as long as they serve us.
Progress which is results-only focussed can be frustrating and lead to burn out.
Keep the goal in mind and take small steps every day.
Stay moving even when not 100% or even when injured.
