There you go again @TVMohandasPai. We went through this before and when I challenged you publicly to compare track records while I was in industry, you ran away. You avoid addressing the issue that you lack any tech background and expertise, being a mere bean counter/admin who exploited India’s tech youth with wage arbitrage to enrich yourself. The “big industry” you built was about exploiting our hard working youth as coolies. I advocated that Indian tech talent be channeled into Indian IP, and not rented out. You are obliged to suck up to the Murthy family without whom you were a nobody. History has proven that India should have followed China example of domestic IP and not the quick buck selfish approach. Compare Indian industrialists in tech with China’s. Why is India dependent on foreign licensing like a beggar? India has immense talent but its industrialists have been short sighted, selfish and arrogant. Now Indian youth face massive challenges unlike China’s as a result. The total market value of India’s tech industry is a mere 1% of the global tech market cap. Shameful for a nation of talented youth.

Today, I inaugurated the Advanced Computer Lab and SHE Cyber Lab at the CID Headquarters. The Go-Live of AI-powered Smart Crime Analytics and Conferencing Systems in these labs will enable advanced data analytics, computer vision, automated report generation, crime mapping and comprehensive case reviews, besides facilitating efficient operations within the CCTNS ecosystem.

Telangana Police has consistently remained at the forefront of adopting emerging technologies, and our newly formed T-SPARK team is driving several AI-based initiatives across the department. The adoption of advanced technologies will enhance the accuracy of criminal investigations, improve transparency, accelerate decision-making.

Starting tomorrow, Supreme court of India is on a six-week summer vacation and will be operating at just 19% of its capacity. There are 53 million cases pending in Indian courts - 93,143 of them are pending in the Supreme Court.

"I am 94 years old lawyer". Last week a lawyer said this while arguing before a Nine Judge Constitution Bench of Supreme Court.

This is a big statement of harsh reality. The Judges retire at 65. But Lawyers can argue for more than 94 years.

Because the mind a lawyer becomes immediately active when he sees a client who has come with a big money purse. The age is then no bar to him.

But for judges there can be different issues.

Once a former union minister remarked, "I am in favour of increasing retirement age of judges of High Courts but I am not in favour of increasing retirement age of Supreme Court judges". He did not gave reason for this discriminatory logic.

In India, we have a silent Bar.

Senior lawyers and big movie actors are paid for every line of speech they deliver.

So the senior lawyers do not waste their words on unnecessary issues like increasing retirement age of judges across India to tackle large number of pending cases.

The governments and the ancient Kings, neither liked judges nor did they like lawyers.

They presently also see no immediate reason to increase retirement age of judges.

So this issue about retirement age of judges, presently rests with law ministry in an idle file folder.

This folder is waiting for its time to come.
