FBR collects Rs 5150 Billion against the target of Rs 5115 Billion for the first 7 months of the CFY. It collected Rs 3973 Billion during the corresponding months of the previous year.During Jan 2024,FBR collected Rs 681 Billion against Rs 545 Billion collected during Jan 2023.

Pakistan is going to replace all currency notes.

It could be an ideal opportunity for the government to end black money flows like India did.

Old notes can only be accepted if tax declaration supports it and new notes can only be obtained if one does have a legal way of income

شام کو جب بس کا روٹ انار کلی مال روڈ پر جاتا تھا تو کوئین میری کالج کو دیکھنے کے لیے سب بس کی چھت پر سفر کرتے تھے اندر سے بس خالی ہوتی تھی
یونیورسٹی کے پیچھے گھوڑے شاہ سے وی سی آر کراے پر لیکر آتے تھے میں چھوٹا تھا مجھے نکال دیتے تھے کمرے سے مگر رات کو جس کمرے کے باہر بہت سے جوتے پڑے ہوتے تھے اور کوئی آواز نہیں آ رہی ہوتی تو پتہ چل جاتا تھا کہ کون سی فلم چل رہی
ہوسٹلوں کی کنٹین ساری رات آباد رہتی تھی پراٹھے انکی مرغوب غذا تھی استیشن سے 12 نمبر وین یو ای ٹی آتی تھی جس میں کبھی سیٹ نہیں ملتی تھی ہمیشہ جھک کر منہ ڈرائیور سائیڈ کو کرنا پڑتا تھا

The Bala Hissar Fort in Peshawar should be a public space that is open for all visitors & in an ideal world, could attract domestic & foreign tourists. Instead, like so many of this country's historical sites, it is being used by the military as the FC Headquarters. Such a shame!
