Fraud by Marq by @Flipkart @flipkartsupport continues. Neither their customer support helping neither Jeeves or Marq. Seems a well planned theft by them. They sell a garbage product and then sends thief to take the parts and vanish

Request immediate intervention, return of parts, repair/replacement of the AC and action against the concerned technician.

While attempting repairs, a short circuit occurred and the technician took away the PCB, display panel, remote and other electrical parts, promising to return. Since then, he has stopped answering calls and has not returned the parts. Despite repeated complaints to customer care

and emails to @Flipkart, another engineer was assigned on 24 June 2026 but no one has visited till date despite multiple follow-ups.

This is unacceptable service and amounts to harassment, negligence and possible misappropriation of customer property.

Purchased a MarQ AC in 2022. PCB failed in Apr 2025 and was replaced by MarQ service. Again, in May 2026 the PCB failed. On 22 May 2026, a technician visited, charged ₹9,000 for another PCB replacement, installed a part that did not appear new, and the AC still didn’t work.
