HONOURED TO UNVEIL KENYA’S NEWEST POLITICAL PARTY (PPP) Today marks a defining moment in my journey of public service and in our country's quest for a better future. It was my great honour to officially unveil Kenya's newest political movement, the People's Prosperity Party (PPP), and to announce my intention to seek the Presidency of the Republic of Kenya on the PPP ticket. PPP’s slogan, "Ustawi kwa Wote" (Prosperity for All), captures the very essence of our mission, our purpose, and our destination. It reflects our unwavering belief that every Kenyan, regardless of background, region, or social status, deserves the opportunity to live a life of dignity, security, and shared prosperity. The People's Prosperity Party envisions a Kenya where economic growth is inclusive, opportunities are accessible to all, and every citizen is empowered to realize their full potential. This is the Kenya I want my children—and yours—to inherit. Our mission is to build a productive, inclusive, and prosperous economy by unlocking enterprise, rewarding hard work, mobilizing local capital, and advancing social justice, equity, and dignity through deliberate public policy and targeted social interventions. This is the vision that underpins our Third Liberation Agenda—a bold commitment to achieve economic emancipation and lay the foundation for Kenya's Third Republic. I was joined by distinguished leaders from different counties, professionals, youth representatives, women leaders, and community champions from across the country, underscoring the truly national character of our movement. Among those present were the leadership of Nomiya Church led by Cardinal Archbishop Most Rev. Moses Okech; Sheikh Ibrahim Hussein; and Rev. Enos Kazende; Amb. Rateng Oginga Ogego; Gerald Sifa Mwambire (Kilifi); Rolex Wasonga(Migori); Kevinnah Loyatum (West Pokot); Hillary Itela(Busia); Joash Mbulika(Vihiga); Dr. Hadijah Kasochon(West Pokot); Sharon Cherutich(Uashin Gishu); Gerald Sifa Mwambire(Kilifi); Shariffa Ismail(Nairobi); Valentine Ogongo (Mogori); Paul Ndiege (Homa Bay); Elizabeth Limagur (Turkana); Dickson Sitei (Kajiado); Lawyer Gabriel Otiende; Veronica Manduku of the Professional Association of Nyanza Women (PANY); youth coordinators Adams Nabwera and Sharon Cherotich; Dan Kipchirchir Kimutai; Mark Rabudi(Homabay); Mrs. Perez Karanja (Nairobi); Philemon Wachara (Siaya); Javan Mwadime (Taita Taveta); Ouko Kirindo(Kisumu);and Julius Mmera, representing persons with disabilities. Also present were Alumni from educational institutions I’ve gone through in my Academic journey; including Maseno and St. Mary’s Yala; Kenyatta and Nairobi Universities In attendance also were Kenyan soccer Legends John “Bobby” Ogola; Josephat Murilla “Controller”; George Onyango”Fundi”; Mickey Weche “T9”; James Goro Oronge; Aineah Isabwa; Tobias Ocholla “Jua Kali”; Maurice Khayota; Micke Otieno; Martin Imbalambala; Peterlis Owuor; Paul Onyiera; Winnie Silavula; Veteran soccer Coach Robert Matano; FIFA Referee Emeritus G.M.T. Otieno; supporters of Gor Mahia FC and AFC Leopards; whose attendance reflected the unifying power of sport and our shared belief in a prosperous Kenya. This is more than the launch of a political party. It is the beginning of a national movement built on hope, integrity, competence, and the conviction that Kenya's best days are still ahead of us.
