When I registered a the complaint. The next day I called the helpline and was told the receiver’s number was powered off.
How can I confirm that you actually contacted the receiver? No one called me back with the update .

Easypaisa won't share receiver's CNIC/account details, saying they'll contact them & call us back. They never do — we call, they say "case in process."
We have full proof it's a mistaken transfer. At least share the receiver's contact so we can resolve it ourselves.
