@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence My late father held this Airtel number for 15+ years. It’s deeply sentimental to us. After his passing last September we wanted to keep it, so on 21 May your team converted it postpaid→prepaid. Since that day the SIM is not working.

I raised a complaint immediately — assured it’d be fixed “soon.” Nothing. Then the runaround began: Ponda (Goa) store said only Panjim can do it. My sister tried Hyderabad — refused. Today, Kammanahalli (Bengaluru) — told it’s “Goa/Maharashtra only.”
