@OlaElectric Kept me on hold for few minutes and informed the concerned person is having Lunch. I lost hope and asked about a loaner vehicle or any benefits for delay in service, I got a blunt reply that they don't know anything and I have to contact headoffice.
@OlaElectric Got a call today from OLA service asking what my issue is ๐ I said my scooter is at the service centre for more than one month. The executive informed for battery replacement they have to send for approval. When I asked about my approval status the executive had no idea.

Dear @tarunsmehta, this is the condition of my 22 month ola @atherenergy 450X. Ever since my 15k service, I have been facing noise issues. After multiple escalations, I had my belts and pulleys replaced. However, still I am facing the same issue. @swapniljain89@RavneetPhokela

Ola's priority is only sales. The after sales service is pathetic. Even local Chinese brands are providing better service. A lot of customers here in Kerala are unhappy about the situation. @bhash@futureiselectr2@OlaElectric
