@MrDeaf_Gamer@CycleToronto 100%… I think it should be redesigned past Bloor and up to st. Clair. It feels just as unsafe and awful to walk, bike or drive on north of Bloor. I live near St. Clair and would gladly bike down to the park if I felt safe.
PS: On Monday, don’t vote for a mayor who wants to remove cycling infrastructure and de-prioritize the safety of vulnerable road users. Vote for a mayor who’s going to bring road safety to YSW and the rest of the city because we deserve it - we always have.
The Ontario Science Centre (Raymond Moriyama, 1969) is a masterpiece and a deeply important building. The Doug Ford government is going to abandon and demolish it. That’s shameful.
@ronmortgageguy If you have this type of variable mortgage, is it worth asking your bank to switch to a 2 or 3 year fixed? I noticed TD’s posted rates for fixed are lower than my variable but not sure if they would offer me those rates.
@Sulu1980@g_meslin Thanks for doing that. There are several mounds like this in my neighbourhood and I had to navigate onto the road with a dog and an infant in a stroller to get to my destination. 🤦🏻♀️
@mcarterSKW Using the Greenbelt to build more low density houses that’ll put further pressure on our limited infrastructure, while increasing car dependency. Sounds like a good plan. 😬
@StephenPunwasi A good example of that was the case of Georgia Tann in the 1950s who kidnapped babies, often told their moms they had died during childbirth and then adopted them out to wealthy families and celebrities. 🤢
