शिकायत करो तो टिकट खुलता है और गायब। महीनों इंतज़ार, कोई जवाब नहीं। थककर कनेक्शन कैंसल किया-लगा मुक्ति मिली।

लेकिन नहीं-कैंसिलेशन के बाद भी बिल थमा दिया। अतिरिक्त चार्ज, पेनाल्टी, धमकी: पैसा दो वरना क्रेडिट स्कोर बर्बाद, रिकवरी एजेंट घर आएँगे।

ये ज़ॉम्बी फार्म है-ग्राहक सालों लूट खाते रहते हैं और चुप रहते हैं क्योंकि दूसरा भी तो ऐसा ही होगा। खुद को डिजिटल गुलाम सर्टिफाइड कर लिया।

इस बार एक ग्राहक ने दर्द वायरल किया। सारे ज़ॉम्बी भड़क उठे-ट्रोल आर्मी सक्रिय: तुम्हारे एरिया में प्रॉब्लम होगी, जियो ले लो।

लेकिन सच यही है-लूट का मॉडल एक ही है, बस ब्रांड बदलते हैं।

कनेक्शन छोड़ने की सज़ा में बिल-पेनाल्टी थोपकर ग्राहकों को ज़ॉम्बी बनाना-यही एयरटेल का असली फाइबर गेम?

दर्द शेयर करो तो ट्रोल आर्मी भेज देते हो? शर्म नहीं आती इन कॉर्पोरेट लूटेरों को?

अब जागो, ज़ॉम्बी मत बनो।
