Facing constant call drops and network issues on my Airtel SIM despite having a tower barely 10 meters from my house.

Out of frustration, I contacted customer care today. After spending ~10 minutes navigating the automated menu and multiple selections, I finally connected to an agent.

I explained my issue clearly. The first response I received: “You have a great postpaid offer for your number.”

I specifically asked for my problem to be addressed, but instead, the conversation kept circling back to postpaid benefits and how upgrading would “SOLVE” these issues.

Even after clearly declining 4–5 times, the focus remained on selling a plan rather than resolving the concern. Only towards the end was I told the issue has been “forwarded” yet again with a push to upgrade.

Eventually, I had to disconnect the call due to frustration.

Is reliable service now dependent on switching from prepaid to postpaid?

Please address the network problem instead of selling plans.

Wrapped up week two of my Stellar learning journey and this week was all about understanding how the network works at a deeper technical level

I learned how @StellarOrg reaches agreement through its unique consensus system how nodes trust each other and how anchors connect real money to digital assets

From quorum slices to asset issuance it has been a powerful week of leveling up my foundation and finally things are starting to click
