@airindia My flight was booked for 20th April, wanted to book a pet in cabin, but already 2 pets are booked
But in this case rescheduling should be free considering i can’t book a pet when i book my flight and hence it’s weird that i need to pay extra money

It looks like, there is a push that people stop using airlines by increasing the cost again and again
@Cleartrip in the ticket booking i was given the information that 7kg for infant is allowed, but at the time of getting a boarding pass it was told by the airlines as per airline policy it’s not allowed
Had to pay 9,800 because of this

We had all the formalities done for our pet dog
Still the ground staff said, first pilot need to approve, then we can allow
As per the policy, only informing pilot is required, then why lack of clarity ??
@airindia Can somebody clarify the policy that pilot can’t just come up and say, i will not allow and on what basis can the pilot say that
