@AJIOLife I have returned the product almost 15-16 days back the refund was supposed to get transferred by 19th of June. It’s 3rd of July today I haven’t received my refund yet I have checked with bank too they have also not received any payment. Update please

@KentROSystems Thanks for responding. My issue has been resolved for now. Technician has visited my place, though it took a lot of time as kent were not responding to us. For future reference I am expecting better customer support service from Kent.

@KentROSystems It’s been one month since I have been raising request for technician visit. Every time I call customer support they say that someone will definitely visit within 24 hours but noone does. My product is under warranty and not working. 1/2

@KentROSystems I am having the worst customer experience with kent. Since day 1 machine had some issues on frequent basis and their customer support are fraud. If someone is reading this please do not purchase kent product you will get tired of requesting but won’t get cmsupport.
