The courier when contacted informs delivery is done once in a week. No delivery till 12th.Pathetic

@bpradhanodisha Agree. What is important is we should understand the repercussion of it, and make haste to take necessary steps in this regard. Buyers are blissfully ignorant, and still sleeping even though an alarm bell has already been set ringing.

@bpradhanodisha @CredaiOdisha @credaibbsr Yes, the issue needs to be taken to court, lest there is no solution. Tomorrow the builder may construct another tower on the land retained by them. That will lead to more complicacy.

1) Amended agreement for sale within 1 month,
2) No registration of deed till new apartment Act is brought by Govt.
3) Secy. BDA to be personally present on 27th Sept. to explain granting regd. of Association to Z1.
