Direction by HC and SC has not been implemented.

Government of Odisha stopped the temporary Tribunal on 2-2-19 and the regular Tribunal is not working even after 1year.

Government has failed to frame & implement a basic act even after the Honourable High Court has asked to do so. Till when the buyers will suffer?

At least @HUDDeptOdisha accepted to frame the Act as per RERA. Changing the definition of "Common Areas" or giving special preferences to BDA-OSHB projects was definitely against RERA. Section 17 of RERA and later Supreme Courts judgement in Amrapalli case must be considered.
