At least @HUDDeptOdisha accepted to frame the Act as per RERA. Changing the definition of "Common Areas" or giving special preferences to BDA-OSHB projects was definitely against RERA. Section 17 of RERA and later Supreme Courts judgement in Amrapalli case must be considered.
