ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ಮಲ್ಲೇಶ್ವರದ ಬೀಗಲ್ಸ್‌ ಬಾಸ್ಕೆಟ್‌ ಬಾಲ್‌ ಸ್ಟೇಡಿಯಂನಲ್ಲಿ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಲಾದ ಭಾರತೀಯ ಯಂತ್ರ ಖೇಲ್‌ ಮಹೋತ್ಸವ ʼBYKM 2026ʼ ಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಿ, ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾರ್ಥಿ ಮಕ್ಕಳಿಗೆ ಶುಭ ಹಾರೈಸಲಾಯಿತು.

ಈ ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ, ರಿಪಬ್ಲಿಕ್‌ ಆಫ್‌ ಕೊರಿಯಾದಲ್ಲಿ ಇದೇ ವರ್ಷದ ಅಕ್ಟೋಬರ್‌ ತಿಂಗಳಿನಿಂದ ಆರಂಭವಾಗಲಿರುವ ಒಲಿಂಪಿಕ್ಸ್ ಶೈಲಿಯ ರೊಬೊಟಿಕ್ಸ್ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಾದ ʼFirst Global Challenge 2026ʼ ಗೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಮಟ್ಟದ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ನಡೆಯಲಿದೆ. ಭಾರತದ 20 ತಂಡಗಳನ್ನು ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ವಿಶ್ವದ 190ಕ್ಕೂ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿನ ದೇಶಗಳ ಪ್ರೌಢಶಾಲಾ ಮಟ್ಟದ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾಲ್ಗೊಳ್ಳಲಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

ಈ ಸಂದರ್ಭದಲ್ಲಿ, ಶಾಸಕರಾದ ಡಾ. ಸಿ.ಎನ್‌ ಅಶ್ವತ್ಥ್‌ ನಾರಾಯಣ್‌ ಅವರು, ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್‌ ಕಾಲಿನ್ಸ್‌ ಏರೋಸ್ಪೇಸ್‌ನ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಪ್ರಮ್ಜಿತ್‌ ಸಿಂಗ್‌ ಭಾಟಿಯಾ ಅವರು, ಬೆಂಗಳೂರು ಉತ್ತರ - 2 ವಿಭಾಗದ ಬಿಇಒಗಳಾದ ಶ್ರೀಮರಿ ಲತಾಮಣಿ ಟಿ.ಎಮ್‌ ಅವರು, First Global Challenge ಸ್ಪರ್ಧೆಯ ಭಾರತದ ಪಾಲುದಾರರು ಹಾಗೂ STEM ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಯ ಸ್ಥಾಪಕರಾದ ಶ್ರೀ ಗಗನ್‌ ಗೋಯಲ್‌ ಅವರು, ನೀತಿ ಆಯೋಗದ ಶ್ರೀ ರಿಷಿಕೇಶ್‌ ಅವರು ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಪ್ರಮುಖರು ಉಪಸ್ಥಿತರಿದ್ದರು.

Glad to inaugurate Bharatiya Yantra Khel Mahotsav (BYKM 2026) at Beagles Basketball Stadium, Malleswaram, Bengaluru, and interact with the talented young participants.

The event will serve as the national selection platform for First Global Challenge 2026 in South Korea, where 20 Indian teams will be chosen to represent the nation among students from over 190 countries.

Joined by MLA Dr. C.N. Ashwath Narayan, Collins Aerospace Director Pramjit Singh Bhatia, BEO T.M. Latamani, STEM Education Foundation Founder Gagan Goyal, NITI Aayog representative Rishikesh, and other distinguished guests.
