glad you asked , for now ,
The agent does speed to enquiry , procurement and collecting payments for trades/manufacturers , simply put ; the agent does all the way from closing the deal from the moment of enquiry to collecting the payment.
The end goal is to horizontally integrate into every part of a manufacturing business.
Currently connects to their existing stack/ERP , common comms are handled through whatsapp & email :)
This is how to find middle ground for screen-time and create mental algorithms to make it an unfair advantage
(after a while these become instinctive)
Here are some conditions I apply to use social media :
I only check posts of who I follow on my timeline , and ratio of scrolling the main fyp to the people i follow is probably 1:8/9 , even in the main fyp i do not scroll through more than 3 posts , and everytime i do i ask myself what did i learn ? what was valuable? If i don’t have a rigid answer , it’s concluded as a 2 minute amusing scroll
i rigorously track my screentime attribution ( i use opal (not affiliated) )
what did i spend my time on? what was i doing during that time?
the goal is to make ~95%+ time on screen super intentional
If it’s not mindless , then it counts as a win
I protect my following list with a passion , as soon as i follow someone (criteria being i will learn something from them or they share identical beliefs) i have to unfollow someone else (criteria being i haven’t interacted/paid attention to their recent activities), addition comes with subtraction.
even if i scroll it generally acts as a buffer/zoom out , and has a max cap , after ~10 mins i instinctively start asking myself , what was the purpose? what was i trying to find? or was it just a zoom out?
and THEN label it as that , it cannot be meaningless
TLDR : there has to be a goal
(learning , finding people like you , zooming out from something that might affect the rest of the day or
designing your feed by using interested/uninterested buttons to make your social media environment exactly how you want it to be)
and tracking your screen-time based on these goals
applying these puts one ahead of 99% of the people , if not more of people who use screens , so OP is right , attention needs to be protected , but screens are a big unfair advantage if used properly.
PS : i barely mentioned how to use saved posts , shared posts , quotes , what you like , or click on etc. & it pretty much applies to all platforms, not just social media.
Pretty much everybody I meet that isn’t chronically online has the insights of an unsophisticated naive child.
So I really don’t care if the anterior cingulate cortex is a little less glowy. Clearly that doesn’t contribute to judgment.

@MFG_SMB Matsuura MX-330 PC10 or Makino a51nx-5XU both nail the ~12” cube, 50+ tools, and real pallet automation for lights-out small-part 5-axis. I think you can find it on their website
I will be great, it’s only a matter of time & consistency, everyday won’t feel the same, i won’t be motivated everyday, motivation is temporary, but i’ll do it anyway, because that’s what i do, show up, and not stop, regardless of what i feel. Although i’m never—not fired up, grateful that i get to do this everyday.
