The world is moving to a 4-day week, and banks still have to beg for a 5-day week. Begging since 2012.
Funny that banks’ governing body RBI itself works 5 days a week.
Idk if we should plead to ministry of finance or the ministry of justice at this point.
#5daysBanking
Politics in West Bengal has seen a dramatic shift over the past decade, with the ground reality changing far beyond what many once expected. What looked nearly impossible a few years ago has now turned into a defining political moment.
At the centre of this transformation is #AmitShah, widely seen as one of the key architects behind the party’s expansion. His planning, execution, and focus on grassroots mobilisation have played a significant role in shaping this outcome.
From holding just a marginal presence in 2016 to winning in 2026, the BJP’s growth in the state reflects sustained effort, organisational depth, and a long-term strategy finally paying off.
This victory is not just about numbers, it signals a major realignment in Bengal’s political landscape.
When the world is moving to a 4-day week, and banking is already 24x7 in the digital era, bankers asking for a 5-day week isn’t a luxury. It’s justice.
IBA has agreed. The understanding is signed.
Now the Government must honour its commitment – no more excuses, no more delays.
Respect the Settlement. Deliver it.

Another Talent Lost — Thanks to India’s Broken Tax and Infrastructure System
My friend’s elder brother, a highly skilled architect working in a top MNC in Pune, has left India and moved to Europe. The reason? Better pay, lower taxes, and a dignified quality of life.
I helped him to file his income tax returns and its a shocker for me when i heard this news. This is someone who paid ₹22 lakhs in income tax in FY24 and a staggering ₹31 lakhs in FY25. Yet, despite being a top taxpayer, he got nothing in return, just more extortion through GST, capital gains tax, dividend tax, and an endless list of compliances.
What pushed him over the edge wasn’t just the taxation nightmare, he is so happy to contribute to his country, but it was the crumbling infrastructure, unreliable healthcare, overpriced yet poor-quality education, and unsafe food. He finally decided that his children deserve better. He chose dignity and opportunity abroad over frustration and chaos at home.
This is how India is bleeding talent and revenue, not because people don't love the country, but because the system refuses to respect its honest citizens.
@DrinkPrime@DrinkPrime is THE WORST of all bad water purifier services. They’re literally a fraud service.
3. They can lure you with cashback offers only, but then conveniently hide the fact that you can’t use that if you don’t have a certain amount of collected cashback. Peak deception.
@DrinkPrime is THE WORST of all bad water purifier services. They’re literally a fraud service.
1. If you miss your monthly (28 days) recharge for, say 10 days, you get a validity of 18 days when you recharge the next time. Even though you’re paying for 28 days.
@DrinkPrime is THE WORST of all bad water purifier services. They’re literally fraud service.
2. A simple RO purifier requires internet to work properly. Yes, your access to clean water - a basic need - is held hostage by a WiFi signal. There’s no legitimate reason for this.

Stand up comedian Ravi Gupta belted Godi Media on their coverage of India-Pakistan War
“These clowns deserve ‘Sharm Veer Chakra” 🤣🤣
This deserves to be shared widely.

Sharp contrast in Diwali celebrations while i was in MNC & now in Public Bank.
Earlier used to have DJ, Dance, Dinner party(full of energy & vibes), but in PSBs celebrate like old traditions with formalities (feeling too old).
Fusion of Ethic & Energy needed🕺
#HappyDiwali 🕯️🙏
@sumitkbehal@suchetadalal I pay tax on what I earn. With that TDS money I buy medicines and pay tax on that. So earning as well as expenditure are both taxed.
And then when I try to reimburse those medical bills, I have to pay tax on the same thing once again! Am I the only one who finds this outrageous?
Last night, I saw you standing at the edge of a cliff.
I screamed, calling your name. You couldn't hear.
I ran towards you - as fast as I could.
And then,
Then you turned. And looked at me.
You weren't wearing your smile.
Last night, I felt the hollowness of loosing you.
