Today, the Global Sumud Flotilla announced the largest coordinated humanitarian intervention for Palestine in history.

On March 29, 2026, a unified maritime flotilla and overland humanitarian convoy will depart simultaneously, mobilizing thousands from over 100 countries in a coordinated, nonviolent response to genocide, siege, mass starvation, and the destruction of civilian life in Gaza.

The announcement was made at the Nelson Mandela Foundation in Johannesburg, grounding this mission in a legacy of global solidarity and civil resistance.

- Educators, engineers, and rebuilding teams
- War crimes and ecocide investigators

This isn’t just about sailing.
It’s about the world rising together.

Over 65,000 children in Gaza are suffering from severe malnutrition, many in life-threatening condition, as Israel continues to seal all border crossings and block the entry of food, medicine, and humanitarian aid. With aid trucks denied access and shelves emptied, families are forced to watch their children starve. At least 52 have already died from hunger. Community kitchens are shutting down, hospitals are overwhelmed, and food prices have spiked by up to 1,400 percent. This is not a natural disaster. It is the direct result of a blockade that uses starvation as policy.

🚨BREAKING: Children were among the victims of a horrific massacre in central Gaza City, where Israeli airstrikes targeted several restaurants on Al-Wahda Street.

Over 30 civilians were killed and dozens wounded. Some of the children had been selling tea at a roadside to support their displaced families.
