Was working in the @gg_tay_ochils depot today and Daphne was there waiting for me. She demanded to be liberated (for a cost of £2.50) and told me I needed a badge to keep me safe (£1). I've a feeling she is going to be trouble @GirlguidingScot#OutAndAbout23
Waiting in the airport to go home is not as much fun as waiting to go away. Well that is until Donna sits on a broken seat and nearly lands in the floor.

Of course we had to have a debrief after and some food. No alcohol was consumed (not sure the folk at the table next to us were convinced of this) Loads of giggles and a great catch up.
@gg_tay_ochils new growth team on their first official recruitment drive today in Kinross. Next big event is Energy Festival in July with help from @GirlguidingScot.
@Girlguiding
@Neil_Godden@MartinSLewis Your spouse can be your POA. Helpful if you have sole accounts (eg ISAs) as these cannot be accessed by spouse if no POA in place
@gillez1@MartinSLewis You need POA if you have accounts in your own name. If you get (for example) dementia control does not automatically pass to your spouse.
@AnnMack62797296@MartinSLewis https://t.co/2XdHsfXUVh website may be able to locate who took over solicitors cases and where will is now possibly located
@ParkerWillliam@MartinSLewis POA needs to be registered with courts. You should then get paperwork to say you are the POA. You need this to give to banks etc
@SandraArnold13@MartinSLewis Yeah you have to be mentally capable of making decisions to be able to appoint a POA. If person has dementia they cannot appoint a POA. There are other option's (in Scotland anyway) such as Guardianship that you can apply to courts for that allow a similar access to accounts
@sueterry1702 @MartinSLewis You can contact OPG and express your concerns if you think the person nominated as POA is not acting in the best interests of the person who nominated them
@gemmaw2450@MartinSLewis Make sure its registered at OPG. You should get a copy of this (ask for it to be certified by solicitor). Solicitor tends to keep the original so it doesn't get lost.
@KarenNi64@MartinSLewis POA ends when someone passes away. You need a will as well preferably. If you are next of kin you can deal with finances without will but can be difficult if large amounts of savings/property.
@StagecoachEScot No signs on bus stops informing of this. Different drivers doing different things. No information elsewhere regarding this (not everyone has twitter)
