@bluehost its been 4 days since our most recent request to reimage a server. why is this so difficult for you?

@wanderlaurst @bluehost Apparently my server on @Bluehost was hacked - some malware was loaded on to it. After days of going back and forth, I realized the only option was to ask them to wipe it and reinstall. This was on Oct 22. Today is Jan 25. I strongly urge @wordpress to stop recommending Bluehost.
