Defective !!!.how does a seiko lose polish in a day. and a titan not in 3 years ?.i bought this seiko on sunday and went to exchange it, at the local helios. they have a return or exchange policy for 30 days as explained to me in the store. guess what the store doesnt honour it.

@HeliosWatches @ApurvChaturved6 bought on sunday evening from helios store in elan epic mall gurgaon. came back on monday morning for an exchange and then was shown the blemish on the clasp by the staff. it was assumed that the watch since it was from a reputable brand and helios it would be pristine.

@VashishtSai bro i have a feeling this was given to me like that. i was told the polish is off the next day when i went to exchange it , exchanging due to comfort the rubber strap without venting holes in ir is a big recipe for sweat logging. (though arguably it is a dive watch it, so it is to be expected) never thought it would be this unbearable in the monsoons. i was trying to get a metal bracelet watch. but they just decided to say that there is no exchange policy when clearly their site does have it.
