రాష్ట్ర ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రివర్యులు, పంచాయతీరాజ్, గ్రామీణాభివృద్ధి శాఖల మంత్రి శ్రీ @PawanKalyan గారి పర్యవేక్షణలో డోలీరహిత గిరిజన గ్రామాలు లక్ష్యంగా చేపట్టిన అడవితల్లి బాట పనులు స్పష్టమైన పురోగతి దిశగా సాగుతున్నాయి. అడవితల్లి బాట తొలి దశలో రూ. 1,005 కోట్ల అంచనా వ్యయంతో 1,069 కిలోమీటర్ల మేర రహదారుల అభివృద్ధికి శ్రీకారం చుట్టడం జరిగింది. ఈ కార్యక్రమా��్ని మరింత విస్తరిస్తూ అడవితల్లిబాట 2.0ను ప్రారంభించడం జరిగింది. ఈ విస్తరణతో మొత్తం ప్రాజెక్టును రూ. 2,078 కోట్ల అంచనా వ్యయంతో 2,310 కిలోమీటర్ల మేర రహదారుల అభివృద్ధికి విస్తరించడం జరిగింది. ఇందులో ఇప్పటికే 905 కిలోమీటర్ల మేర రహదారుల నిర్మాణం పూర్తైంది. అడవితల్లిబాట కార్యక్రమం మొదటి రోజు నుంచి పనుల పురోగతిపై సంబంధిత శాఖల అధికారులతో ఎప్పటికప్పుడు సమీక్షిస్తూ, పనులు వేగంగా ముందుకు తీసుక��వెళ్లే విధంగా శ్రీ పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారు సూచనలు చేస్తున్నారు.

• సవాళ్ల నడుమ రోడ్డు నిర్మాణం
అడవితల్లిబాట కార్యక్రమంలో భాగంగా చాలా గ్రామాలకు రోడ్డు వేయడం కంటే ముందు దారి నిర్మించేందుకు సంక్లిష్ట పరిస్థితులు ఎదుర్కోవాల్సి వచ్చింది. రోడ్ల నిర్మాణంలో భాగంగా పెద్ద పెద్ద గుట్టలను కంట్రోల్డ్ బ్లాస్టింగ్ ద్వారా బ్రేక్ చేసి, రాళ్లు పగలగొట్టి దారి ఏర్పాటు చేశారు. ఆ దారిపై రోడ్ల నిర్మా��ం చేపడుతున్నారు. దారులు వేసిన తర్వాత కొన్ని ప్రాంతాలకు వాతావరణ పరిస్థితులు అనుకూలించక నిర్మాణ సామాగ్రి చేరుకోవడం కష్టతరంగా మారింది. అలాంటి సవాళ్ల మధ్య గిరిశిఖర గ్రామాలకు సైతం డోలీ కష్టాల నుంచి విముక్తి కల్పించాలన్న దృఢ సంకల్పంతో ఉప ముఖ్యమంత్రివర్యుల ప్రణాళికలు ముందుకు తీసుకువెళ్తున్నారు.

• ప్రతి గిరిజన గ్రామం డోలీ రహితం కావాలి : శ్రీ పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారు
అడవితల్లిబాట పనుల పురోగతిపై పంచాయతీరాజ్, గ్రామీణాభివృద్ధి శాఖ ఉన్నతాధికారులతో సమీక్షించిన శ్రీ పవన్ కళ్యాణ్ గారు నిర్దేశిత లక్ష్యాలకు అనుగుణంగా పెండింగ్ పనులు పూర్తి చేయాలని ఆద��శించారు. అటవీ అనుమతుల ప్రక్రియలో జాప్యం లేకుండా ఆయా జిల్లాల కలెక్టర్లు శాఖల మధ్య సమన్వయ బాధ్యత తీసుకుని త్వరితగతిన పూర్తి చేయాలని సూచించారు. కూటమి ప్రభుత్వం అధికారం చేపట్టిన తర్వాత రికార్డు స్థాయిలో అభివృద్ధి కార్యక్రమాలకు అటవీ అనుమతుల ప్రక్రియ పూర్తి చేసిన విషయాన్ని గుర్తు చేశారు. వర్షాల కారణంగా పనులకు ఆటంకాలు ఏర్పడిన ప్రాంతాలు మినహా, మిగిలిన అన్ని ప్రాంతాల్లో పనులు నిరం���రాయంగా కొనసాగించాలని స్పష్టం చేశారు. గిరిజన గ్రామాలకు విద్య, వైద్యం, ఉపాధి అవకాశాలను చేరువ చేయాలన్న బలమైన సంకల్పంతో గౌరవ ప్రధాన మంత్రి శ్రీ నరేంద్ర మోదీ గారి సహకారంతో చేపట్టిన అడవితల్లి బాట పనుల్లో నాణ్యతా లోపాలకు తావు లేకుండా నిరంతర పర్యవేక్షణ వ్యవస్థలు ఏర్పాటు చేయాలని తెలిపారు. డోలీ రహిత ఆంధ్రప్రదేశ్ లక్ష్య సాధనలో ప్రతి ఒక్కరు భాగస్వాములు కావాలని పిలుపుని��్చారు.

Vande Mataram: The Soul of India’s Freedom Movement

Few words in our nation’s history have inspired as much courage, sacrifice, and patriotism as Vande Mataram. Penned by Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay, it became the rallying cry of India’s freedom movement, inspiring countless sons and daughters of Bharat to dedicate themselves to the cause of Independence. It stands as a timeless expression of our civilizational ethos, national unity, and devotion to the motherland.

I welcome the passage of this historic amendment by the Parliament and the assent of the Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu Ji, extending to Vande Mataram, our National Song, the same statutory protection accorded to the National Anthem under the Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act. I also commend the visionary leadership of Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji and the dedicated efforts of Hon’ble Union Home Minister Shri @AmitShah Ji in advancing this landmark legislation. This significant enactment reflects India’s unwavering commitment to preserving the dignity of its national symbols and honouring the ideals that inspired our freedom movement.

Seven years ago, on this day, Article 370 was abrogated. A decision many believed was impossible finally became a reality. Since then, Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh have witnessed remarkable progress through improved connectivity, modern infrastructure, expanded healthcare and education, increased investment, and new opportunities that were long overdue.

Dr. Syama Prasad Mookerjee once said, "Ek Desh Mein Do Vidhan, Do Nishan, Do Pradhan Nahi Chalenge." He dedicated his life to this vision. Under the leadership of Hon'ble Prime Minister Sri @narendramodi ji, that vision became a reality.

Since the abrogation of Article 370 in 2019, landmark projects such as the Chenab Rail Bridge, Udhampur–Srinagar–Baramulla Rail Link (USBRL), Zojila Tunnel, and Z-Morh Tunnel have transformed connectivity across the region. Major investments in AIIMS Jammu, new medical colleges, highways, rural infrastructure, and power projects, along with the implementation of central welfare schemes, have strengthened public services. Record tourist arrivals, industrial and investment initiatives, grassroots democratic institutions, and progress in horticulture and agriculture reflect the region's steady transformation, even as security and political challenges continue to be addressed.

The formation of Ladakh as a separate Union Territory has opened a new chapter in its development. With focused investment in border infrastructure, connectivity, tourism, renewable energy, education, healthcare, and strategic projects, Ladakh has received dedicated administrative attention while strengthening Bharat's national security and accelerating the region's long-term growth.

I sincerely thank Hon'ble Prime Minister Sri Narendra Modi ji and Hon'ble Union Home Minister Sri @AmitShah ji for their vision, determination, and leadership in making this historic decision a reality. It was not an easy decision, but one that has reshaped the future of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh. I also extend my gratitude to the armed forces, security personnel, civil servants, and administrators who worked tirelessly to ensure a peaceful and successful transition.

Grateful for this historic milestone in our nation's journey and hopeful for an even brighter future for Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.

Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan directed officials to speed up the Great Green Wall of Andhra Pradesh and finish 2026–27 plantation targets in two months.

A 5-km-wide coastal green belt is being developed along AP's 1,053-km coastline, with plantations across 8,888 hectares and 305 hectares of mangrove restoration under MISHTI-II.
