Dear @AshwiniVaishnaw please ensure women travelling with kids should be given lower seat preference. The IRCTC portal doesn't take the seat selection preference while booking the tickets. Please look into this matter 🙏

@IRCTCofficial My wife and my 3 year old son were traveling to Ratlam from Mumbai by train number 12239, Hisar Duranto Express on 2nd December. Her seat (Seat number 6 in coach A1) was side upper in 2 Tier AC and if you look at the seat even one person can sit properly.
