Today is Aumkar Mali's first day at Sapien!
He's a 2nd year Waterloo Co-op student, who immediately stood out for his curiosity and love of building ambitious things (like a solar race car).
He joins us after a stint with Taymer, where he built AI systems that spot manufacturing defects.
Aumkar earned an impressive 92% average at Waterloo, and already has 39 public GitHub repos.
He’ll spend the fall strengthening the ML systems behind PoQ, helping us spot issues, improve reliability, and measure AI quality at scale.
This is the kind of setup I pay attention to.
Most point farms lose their edge once supply gets inflated too fast, but @tradehotstuff still looks relatively early with less than 10M distributed and under 100 days left.
If the distribution stays disciplined, the risk/reward for early users could look very different from the usual over-diluted farms.
No guarantees of course, but the structure here is interesting.
Crypto now has a real chance to change the world forever, and benefit from this opportunity.
Decentralized public models are the only way AI can truly benefit humanity, instead of becoming another tool controlled by a small group of governments and tech giants
