Why is there always a gap between travel vendors and airlines when it comes to refunds?

Customers are left chasing both sides, while nobody clearly explains the policy or takes responsibility.

Has anyone else faced this?

@bookingcom @IndiGo6E There seems to be a communication gap regarding my flight cancellation refund. The booking was cancelled within 24 hours, and I’m eligible for a full refund. Please coordinate and resolve this urgently. #FlightRefund

@bookingcom Your support team has been unresponsive regarding my flight cancellation and refund request. The booking was cancelled within 24 hours, and I am eligible for a full refund from the airline.

Please look into this urgently and process the full refund. #Bookingcom

@EcomExpress_Ofc @porterit_

[saketagarwal @saket700]

@EcomExpress_Ofc worst service from their side. Doing fake delivery and not delivering my parcel from a week. Not picking up the phone or replying to the emails.

[saketagarwal @saket700]

@porterit_ I don't see that, for the past 2-3 days, there has been no update from the customer support. At least they should know where the parcel is for transparency.

[saketagarwal @saket700]

hi, @pranavgoel1989 sir, there are significant delays in parcel deliveries, even within the same city. This level of service is very disappointing. Even the customer support doesn't know where my parcel is. Very embarrassing for such a start up. @porterit_

[saketagarwal @saket700]

@porterit_ For the past 2-3 days, you guys are not able to get an update. This is really bad for a delivery company. If the customer doesn't know where the parcel is, how will someone trust you to use that service.

[saketagarwal @saket700]

Useless service from @porterit_ . Can't deliver a parcel on the same day in the same city. The customer support doesn't know where the parcel is or the delivery executive partner. These kinds of start-ups don't mean to solve a problem. They are only there fill up their pockets.
