Dear @ICC, I am not sure if it was sheer incompetency from the TV umpire or perfect execution of the given script. Why did he rush the decision and did not look at other angles? And, why does it frequently happen against Bangladesh?

@zlatko_minev 5. Quantum Computing is a "computing" paradigm, and like classical computing, it needs a diversified workforce. Diversity in terms of people from multiple disciplines (diverse disciplines bring fresh perspectives).
