@RogersHelps No I don't use wifi calling unless I'm at home and video call on WhatsApp. My issue happens when I'm an out and about. Driving or at work on at a work site. Calls drop on my end & when I call back the other end user says the call didn't on their end & looks like I'm calling again

@RogersHelps About 2 months now and it just gets worse. I upgraded to a fold 7 in July. I never got a new SIM. I have removed the sim and put it back in. I have reset network settings and reset phone to factory settings.

@RogersHelps It has now been over two weeks and I have yet to get a hold of someone at tech support how is this even real. Do you guys have any employees left in the tech support department? It seems like if you request sales you got an agent within less than a minute. You guys are unreal
