@IndiGo6E Now in a situation like this where cabin crew trued to wake him up and the guy is not even responding and cabin crew is confused what should they do they had no clue shouldn’t the passenger be given a seat and if seat is not available you are responsible to upgrade seat if vacant

@IndiGo6E i am in flight 6E6844 and here are some seats vacant those are recliners but they are empty are you jot suppose to upgrade those seats for passengers if they are vacant i mean that is very normal thing to do in any other airline but i guess .

@IndiGo6E Sir i reached them out only the guy who was sitting on my side was fat and clumsy he was spitting while sleeping and was ruining my personal space as his hands were all over my seat i requested the cabin crew to either upgrade his seat or mine but they told me they aren’t allowed
