On the Puri–Bhubaneswar National Highway, speed limit boards clearly mention 80 km/h for cars.
However, RTO puri is issuing overspeeding challans for speeds above 50 km/h.

I was fined for driving at 65 km/h, which is well within the NH speed limit.

If the intended speed limit is 50 km/h, then officially reclassify the NH as an SH and remove the toll gate.
Arbitrary enforcement amounts to nothing but public harassment.
