My friends still went to Ibadan from Lagos freely without any stop/difficulty on the road.
As a responsible governor with d way Lagos cases are skyrocketing you shouldn’t even allow a fly from Lagos enter your state, Oyo, Ogun &Osun should be very careful as it stands.
