Selected for Stellar Instawards
Some good news from Salapi👀
We've been selected for a $5,000 Instaward in stellar:native through the Stellar Ambassador Program.
For the next 30 days, we'll build, test, and share the proof as we go.
We'll share weekly progress here.
@StellarOrg@PHI_stellar@riseinweb3
Thanks for sharing our progress @PHI_Stellar💙
We’ve been working on transparent crowdfunding, arisan/paluwagan, and sending money by @ username. Still on testnet, learning as we go.

🇵🇭 The Salapi team, led by Icesteam and Ariq, shared the latest progress from their 30-day sprint! ⚡
Here are a few highlights from our recent Builder Checkpoint:
🔹 Community crowdfunding: Campaigns supporting local communities, including rebuilding a fishing barangay in Cebu.
🔹 Transparent giving: Track campaign details, funding progress, and contributions.
🔹 Integrated wallet: Check balances and access send and withdraw functions.
🔹 Beyond payments: Explore community campaigns, savings, and wallet activity in one app.
Built on @StellarOrg, @salapiapp is making community support and digital money more accessible, with a focus on real-world needs. 🚀
Excited to see what the team builds next!

Donating takes a few taps.
Getting help to someone takes people.
Someone checks what’s needed.
Someone arranges transport.
Someone coordinates delivery.
Someone documents what happened.
That takes time, effort, and resources.
With Salapi, we want to build a transparent way to support that work, including compensation for organizers, explained before donors choose to give.
So helping others could become sustainable work, not something people can only afford to do in their spare time.
Support the people who make helping possible.
@StellarOrg@PHI_Stellar@riseinweb3
If proof or 2 approvals are missing at the review deadline, donors can claim their donations back.
On-chain approvals do not prove real-world delivery.

Proof first, Approval before payout🔎
Week 4 shipped on Stellar Testnet☑️
Salapi’s donation campaigns require a proof document and 2-of-3 wallet approvals before funds can be released.
Testnet only. No real donations.

The app displays “$2” as a demo amount. The transfer uses Testnet XLM, not real USD.
Network fee recorded: 0.0013815 Testnet XLM.
A name. Not a wallet address👀
Here’s Salapi’s actual app: enter a username, choose an amount, send, and check the on-chain receipt.
Built on Stellar.
Testnet tokens. No real money.
An edited screenshot walkthrough, not a speed test.
What would make this easier for a first-time user?
Money for everyone.
Proof for everyone.
@StellarOrg@PHI_stellar@riseinweb3
More throughput is exciting.
Making it useful for everyday people is the goal.
That’s what we’re building Salapi for:
Send by username.
Save together.
Support a cause.
Built on Stellar. Currently on Testnet.
Money for everyone.
Proof for everyone.
Stellar just hit a new scalability record.
According to data from @chainspect_app, the @StellarOrg network has reached an 100-block TPS average of more than 211 tx/s.
The milestone is significant given the network's emphasis on payments and cross-border transfers.
@uselatchapp Thanks for the shout-out!💛
For us, it’s not just who can move funds, but when and under what conditions.
Still testing on Stellar Testnet.
Which edge case would you stress-test first?
@PHI_Stellar Thank you for the support!💙
Community funds deserve clear rules and accountability. This Testnet milestone is one step toward that vision.
Still testing, still learning, and building in public on Stellar
Week 3 and another solid milestone shipped. 🚀
The 2-of-3 approval, delay, spending cap, and quorum controls make the Disaster Vault flow much more robust.
Keep building, @salapiapp! 👏

Disaster funds shouldn’t rely on one person👀
Week 3 shipped on Stellar Testnet☑️
Disaster Vault now has 2-of-3 approvals, a 20-ledger delay, a 24h rolling cap + quorum pause/unpause.
Flow tested: fund → approve → wait → payout.
@StellarOrg@PHI_stellar@riseinweb3
How would this work with Stellar?
Our planned smart contract would record the agreed split and enforce the organizer allowance rules.
Public transaction records would let people check how funds move.
But moving money and delivering help are not the same thing.
Delivery evidence and review would still be needed to check whether support actually reached the people it was meant for.
Disclosing an allowance would not remove the responsibility to explain and document its use.
That’s the model we’re working toward.
Organizer allowance is currently a feature preview, not live or enforced on chain. No real donations are processed in this preview.
Money for everyone.
Proof for everyone.
Would you donate $100 knowing that $5 of it would pay for the organizer’s work and campaign costs?
Maybe yes. Maybe no.
But you deserve to know before you give.
Finding families who need help, arranging transport, coordinating deliveries, and documenting results takes time and resources.
If part of your donation supports that work, you should know how much and what it covers.
Before you donate.
Not after.
@StellarOrg@PHI_stellar@riseinweb3
So, what’s Salapi? 👀
A community money app we’re building for everyone.
Send money by username.
Save together through arisan or paluwagan.
Raise funds for people who need a hand.
Money for everyone.
Proof for everyone.
What if organizing help could become a livelihood, not just something people do after work?
That’s part of our vision for Salapi.
We want individuals and community teams to have a transparent way to earn for organizing support, potentially as their main work.
Our proposed model includes an optional organizer allowance of up to 10%, depending on verification tier.
Each campaign would explain what its allowance covers, such as compensation for the organizer’s time, transport, communication, or delivery costs.
Donors would see the percentage and its purpose before choosing to give.
Our ambition:
more people able to sustain this work,
more communities organizing support,
and more people receiving help.
Support the people who make helping possible.
Organizer allowance is currently a feature preview.
An opportunity we want to build, not a promise of income.
@PHI_Stellar Thanks for the support!🙌
We want savings circles people can verify, not just take on trust.
We’ll keep testing, documenting what we learn, and sharing our progress on Stellar Testnet.
Love seeing this evolve from a concept into a working on-chain flow. 👏
A commit-reveal draw makes turn selection transparent and verifiable, removing the need to rely on a central admin.
Great progress for Week 2 @salapiapp. 🚀
