BREAKING REPORT: Judge threatens to IMPRISON President Trump for violating gag order in New York fraud trial..

Judge Arthur Engoron stated in court on Friday that former President Trump had published a false and disparaging post on his social media account regarding one of the judge's clerks.

Engoron had a conversation with Trump about the issue and instructed him to promptly remove the post, which Trump claimed to have done.

It came to Engoron's attention that the post had not been removed from a website despite the court order.

This failure to comply with the court's order was seen as a clear violation of the gag order, which had been imposed by the judge in early October.

The post remained on Trump's 2024 campaign website for 17 days and was only taken down late Thursday night after the court had sent an email.

In response to this situation, Judge Engoron expressed concern that such incendiary false statements could lead to real-world harm and indicated that he would hear Trump's explanation as to why he should not face significant sanctions or even potential imprisonment.
