Yes, he acknowledged her confession in OG Naruto, but in no world does that mean he felt the same way. In Shippuden he saw her as more of a distraction or obstacle, which is very obvious.

@Requiem0requiem Kars. He created the stone masks which means he is ultimately responsible for DIO becoming a vampire, who is then responsible for Pucci being against the Joestars. If not for Kars, parts 7, 8, and 9 would be the only parts. In terms of pure evilness, its definitely DIO.
