@KenyaAirways negligence of luggages and theft has been a prolonged uncouth behavior. How can two people on the same flight,same destination &extra luggage size be charged differently?i was charged $150,the other customer was charged $50. Is it the matter of race or simply theft?

@kirigwi @alawiabdul @KenyaAirways We both booked when we were checking in. If you do that you pay usd 50 and KQ extra luggage rates are online, which is usd 50, also we went to their offices and they confirmed it should be 50usd nothing more.
