@chemicalbrodar Unrelated but I remember a colleague who got sacked for parking at an unmarked spot meant for the boss.
He didn't know and he wasn't warned or something, just sacked straight up.
Now the kicker is the boss was not yet a car owner. 🤣
@Khuze_Elikhulu@tosinolaseinde I think the concept of hell and heaven in line with religion is not fair. No one knows the right religion, most people followed the ones they were born into, they didn’t get to pick that. God should just write the correct religion on the sky or tell everyone at once via dream.
1 year ago I saw a new startup in the same niche.
It looked good so I got scared.
What if they take customers away? 😨
Then I remembered most founders give up quickly 🤔
So I waited, and today saw their site is no longer available 🤷♂️
Being persistent is my unfair advantage💪
Years ago I worked with a developer who didn’t pull his weight like the rest of us. He stopped working at 5pm no matter what and would just leave. Just- “bye, see you tomorrow”, and would sign out of HipChat.
I realize now that he was setting healthy work/life boundaries.
Product —> something you build for people to use

Ecosystem —> something you build for others to build platforms on top of it
The internet is an ecosystem. So is Ethereum.
Dear dev teams: If you are not Amazon, please don't try to architect your apps as if though you need to support that type of scale. Keep your architecture simple. Trust me. The maintenance burden alone will crush you. Time wasted solving problems you don't have hurts your users.
Creating landing pages truly is easy... here are some tips
1. The landing page must be as simple as possible: Don’t get too eager to overload this section with too many texts, this could become distracting and in turn, distract your customers from making or taking actions.
“life is just a long story of how you died, starting from the day you were born,"-Ibrahim Abdulrahman.
If you come across this tweet, please say a prayer for him. He was a great leader and mentor to the Motionwares team.🥺🥺
Early in my career, I didn’t believe it was possible for people to be ‘too busy’ to respond to calls or texts.
Omo. 😂
Protecting your mind space becomes extremely important as you grow. If I allow anything distract me, bet you it’s family related or important work stuff.
I like to code
I’m not passionate about coding
I would stop showing up to work if the paychecks stopping coming
a job is a job. if a company tries to convince you that it’s more than that (a “family”; a “calling”) that’s a red flag — that gets used to get you to donate time
Founders: One of the best startup hacks I've seen is hiring a smart generalist to own the numerous random yet critical projects that need an owner. From sourcing talent to creating customer decks to sending investor updates, they can be a massive accelerant to your business.
