Fifteen newborns died, and look at the state of Islamabad’s biggest government hospital: broken ladders, no proper emergency exits, and shocking safety failures. Billions were available for luxury cars but apparently not for protecting public. A criminal display of priorities.
i know that Colonel Asfandyar laid his hands on a student first and got humbled but please try to understand his POV as well.
