Hey @Grok, I booked my flight via @makemytrip, but the airline (Go First) went bankrupt. MMT says they'll refund me only if they get money from Go First. But my contract was with MMT, not the airline!

@DGCAIndia, isn’t MMT responsible for refunding me first?

As per DGCA guidelines, travel agents MUST refund customers, whether they get money from the airline or not.
