@Tesco Is this a first - my 90 year and 87 year parents - having been spoken to rudely by a driver a few weeks ago, now told they ordered too much as the order was heavy?! I have to say that all the drivers are usually lovely. What is going on?!

@CostaCoffee Please know this isn’t a complaint! All customers there yesterday felt so sorry for the two staff who were doing an amazing job in difficult circumstances. A constant queue, no time to clear any tables and working around spillages and packaging. 2 members of staff wasn’t enough.
