Here's my interview with BBC Wales:
"We're nowhere near normal, this is not going to stabilise as a situation until we stop burning fossil fuels. We are on an acceleratingly rapid climate change trajectory which is leading to #climatebreakdown "

Part 1:
I challenge you to watch this and not cry with recognition, and take heart from this courage

Out today: this @guardian article on putting Doughnut Economics into action. It's not easy to be written about publicly - many thanks to @hettieveronica for her thoughtful research. https://t.co/CWd5pxRojg

Truly thankful that Sultan Al Jaber, UAE top oilman and president of next international climate negotiations #COP28 is being exposed so clearly as an agent of the fossil-fuel industry, whose main purpose is to prevent effective climate action.

Philip Schofield lied about an affair and you’d think from some in the media it was the biggest thing to happen since the Queen died. Johnson has also lied about affairs. But more importantly he lied to deliver Brexit, lied to become PM, lied to win an election, and lied 1/2
Just so we're clear:
1⃣ The oil, gas, coal and meat industries are proceeding full tilt with their plan of making our planet unliveable for billions, pushing our climate out of the "human niche" where we can simply exist. Our governments are complicit.

Major mining companies have set their eyes on one of the last unspoiled places on earth: the deep sea. The consequences for marine life would be catastrophic. EU leaders need to #StopDeepSeaMining https://t.co/xWdHAoE2w1

@AllianceJust Thank you for this, folks. I appreciate it. One request - can I be a 'featured economist' rather than a 'featured female' one? I hope you agree that the concepts I'm bringing deserve to be shared regardless of my gender. Many thanks.
@ClimateNa @YouTube This really encapsulates the "culture of uncare" that @sallyweintrobe describes in her book. The way in which openess to feeling is ridiculed and belittled in order to defend a position of entitlement.
The right wing attack on “woke” culture is explicitly serving the fossil fuel industry. Listen to one right wing politician connect their version of the dots: “eco-grief” = “woke” = “an attack on US values and energy.”
