HP temen gue hilang.
Temen gue sampai depresi. Gue langsung turun tangan.
3 hari kemudian, tagihan itu resmi jadi Rp0. Total biaya jadi Rp0.
Ini yang gue lakuin:
Bukan nyari HP lewat GPS.
Buat laporan polisi (STPL).
Kirim surat sanggahan resmi via EMAIL, bukan chat CS biasa. Lampirkan kronologi, foto STPL, permintaan pembekuan tagihan selama investigasi. Chat CS gampang diabaikan, email formal punya kekuatan hukum.
Mereka masih nolak? Lapor OJK. https://t.co/vDQmTDwwDW atau telpon 157. OJK punya wewenang penuh buat nindak platform yang abai perlindungan konsumen. Begitu laporan OJK masuk, respons mereka biasanya berubah 180 derajat.
Hasilnya, hari 1 laporan polisi + sanggahan. Hari 2 eskalasi OJK. Hari 3 tagihan Rp12 juta DIHAPUS jadi Rp0.
Tarihin her noktasında Müslümanlar büyük bedeller ödemiştir ve bunun tek sebebi Müslüman olmaktır. Dün Bosna bugün Filistin, Doğu Türkistan. İsimler değişti ama hikayeler aynı. Dün unuttuk bugün tekrar ediyor. Aliya İzzetbegoviç'in de söylediği gibi; "Unutulan zulüm tekrarlanır."
“Every person in the area was called ‘terrorist’,” Jonathan told me.
On their radio communications, “dirty” was the lingo used to refer to Palestinians, as in “we see two dirties ahead.”
Soldiers talked about going to Gaza to hunt.
".@OHCHR_Palestine condemns increase in Israeli attacks since eve of Eid Al Adha, as Palestinians prepared to observe Eid amid displacement, blockade, and insecurity.
Palestinians in Gaza are concentrated into ever-shrinking space, hemmed in by Israeli ground forces that continue to push deeper into the strip. Yesterday's announcement that Israeli forces will expand deployment to cover 70% of Gaza calls into question any meaningful safety for Palestinian families.
"It is difficult enough to navigate life in chronic displacement in the ruins of Gaza, under blockade, and after Israeli attacks virtually destroyed every essential system: healthcare, education, food production, law enforcement and civil order. Continuing military attacks on a population living under these conditions is unthinkable."

🚨This short film exposes the true story of Israel's creation, entirely through the words of its own founders
For decades, Israel’s lies have been carefully designed to demonize its victims. To ensure that no matter the crimes it commits, the children it slaughters, the world remains incapable of empathy for Palestinians, or at best, treats it with the same apathy that has allowed this to go on for as long as it has
On the 78th anniversary of its creation, it's time the world knew that Israel's past is not different from the brutal present the world is finally seeing
