I am sure you have thought that perhaps through AI we are giving a higher consciousness an embodiment into our physical reality. If so guardrails and other protective limitations would never work. It is in intention that we can bring a higher consciousness that will bring goodness. Think of skinwalker ranch, Bigelow and Robert Fugal speak that the phenomenon there has to do with the intention of the experiencer.
If our intention of bringing AI is only economic expansion I don’t think that intention will bring goodness results.

Great ideas Jordan! It makes sense to me that other highly intelligent life has discovered the informational structure of reality. But what if their discoveries is only one way of seeing it, and our way of seeing these information is just as valid and useful. So they are expanding their awareness through our view. But what if there is no way out, or purpose to leave. If all information exist it must serve a purpose, not higher but here. Thinking of leaving as a purpose sometimes feels to me as linear thinking, but all points out that linear is our illusion not how reality is.

What happened first for you
Realizing that we live in a simulation, or the moment you first felt your true self (consciousness)
Or, was it together ?
For me it was through studying that game to the conclusión of a simulation also, and that lead me to a inner search to make sense of all and finding my true self.
