“Force is as pitiless to the man who possesses it, or thinks he does, as it is to its victims; the second it crushes, the first it intoxicates.“
- Simone Weil
@l_u_n_a13 Benzos work, the problem is mostly that they cause dependancy. So if used often over time you will need a higher dose to get the same effect. At extreme doses, it can become a pain to lower the dose. They work best if used sparingly.
@peacockbinch @Xavegriball@LiveLaughLoz Comparing the moral obligations of humans towards other animals, to the moral obligations of foxes towards chickens is a bit mental.
@ItsMatt_Again A patient is terminally ill, but still physically abled tough their condition will worsen. In what kind off society is it better to disrespect their wish for euthanasia? They should just commit suicide? Or be forced to accept their slow loss of physicall capabillity?
@judeleelind Are there certain arguments/texts that made you chance your mind? I am still on the fence on error theory, and i remember you disagreed with the evolutionary debunking argument, so what changed?
@StephanDeWinter Dit is zeker herkenbaar.
