Hey @Ferragamo - should customers always expect used, damaged, and ripped up items when ordering your products? This is how one of your retailers - @SSENSE - is selling your products. It’s been seven days since I’ve reached out with no resolution
@YeraWangGang Be careful when buying with them. They sent me the wrong pair of shoes, that are also damaged. And then refuse to help despite me reaching out every day since this happened lol
I just cannot fathom being a company that sells designer and luxury items that would be ok with a customer ever receiving goods in this shape. And beyond that, the customer service after this mistake has been laughable - in this economy ?! @SSENSE
I ordered Ferragamo loafers from @SSENSE as a Christmas gift and got sent used shoes with scuffed packaging & missing items. They also sent me the wrong item, & bc it was missing its shoe trees, the shoe has begun to sag. And yet it’s my second day reaching out with no update

It's a sad day in Ontario. Our government is using its power to attack our democratic process to prevent municipalities from building bike lanes, blaming them for causing traffic gridlock. For context, just 4% of Toronto streets have bike lanes. #ONpoli

To put the bike lane debate in Toronto in perspective, more people commute by bike each day in Toronto than the entire population that lives in Barrie, Ontario. Or Kingston. Or Guelph. Or Sudbury.
It's pretty rich that the Province wants to tell us how to get around our own city. If they don't like sitting in traffic when they get here, they should go fix regional transit. That is their mess - and the true culprit for congestion in the city.
Anyone who understands physics knows that cyclists are part of the solution.
Ontario has a housing crisis. Doug Ford got a housing affordability task force report. Did nothing.
We have a healthcare crisis. Ford does nothing.
Metrolinx can’t open a damn LRT line. Ford does nothing.
Toronto wants a bike lane? Ford starts a war on bikes.
A farce. #onpoli
If you’re a guy who feels the need to defend him, ask yourself why. If you’re a guy who can’t understand why women in your feed are calling this abusive, ask yourself why. We recognise the red flags of coercive control, and know what it leads to. +
For those who think JH is just ‘setting boundaries’, he chose to be with a surf instructor and then tried to control the thing she loved, to destroy it. This happens ALL THE TIME. These are the first steps in coercive control. +
@bchesky@bchesky would love to send you the report if you’d like to see how bad Airbnb’s customer service has become. We emailed it in to multiple departments and were ignored repeatedly. This was the state of the Airbnb by the way - the mouse droppings the host admitted to hiding
@bchesky Hold host’s accountable. We sent Airbnb a 20+ page document detailing host harassment, including voicemails he left us stating he “hides mouse droppings on purpose in his home”. Despite this evidence Airbnb removed our review and is knowingly let this host continue renting
Airbnb files false charges against you if you complain about superhosts. This was the condition of our Airbnb - and Airbnb charged US for cleaning fees … @airbnb
NEW and exclusive: A Toronto police officer allegedly failed to investigate a woman’s “repeated pleas” for help about an ex-boyfriend threatening her, dismissing the case as a "he said, she said."
Three days later, she was murdered, allegedly by her ex.
