@FlySWISS
I missed my NYC–Mumbai flight because your support team couldn’t process my ticket change—your servers were down for 3+ hrs. I called repeatedly, no help. Now you refuse a refund? I paid for nothing. Unacceptable. @SW_Help@LufthansaNews#SwissAirFail#FlyersRights

Booked an Air Canada flight Austin (AUS) → India via Toronto (YYZ) and was never informed at booking or on my ticket that transiting Canada requires a Canadian visa/PR or US PR/citizenship. This is not eTransit and a US student visa is not accepted.
Because of this failure, I missed my sister’s wedding, a once-in-a-lifetime family moment, causing real emotional and financial harm.
Seeking accountability and a refund.

Customer care later refused a refund, despite this being a clear failure to disclose a critical travel requirement. Airlines must explicitly disclose transit visa rules at booking, not expect passengers to “just know.”
Traveled 2 hours from College Station to Austin airport, only to be denied boarding at check-in. Airport staff were rude and dismissive, repeatedly saying: “It’s not mentioned on the website. You need to do your own research.”
