I ordered a product & when return it within the return window, the app got crashed & when I report the same issue to customer care, they also didn't raise the return.I emailed but still no response @firstcryindia @jagograhakjago @BandBajaateRaho @reviewonfire

@firstcryindia product is returnable & tried to return the same on the last date of return which is 27th August. From then onwards did multiple emails, follow ups but nobody supported.

More than a month passed but still no technician came & cancelled the request.The person from service center called & told will come but not picking up since 1 month,totally unexpected, worst experience ever. @senthilthangam @shashi_arora @bthiagarajan @BlueStarLtd @BlueStarCare

My account has been blocked permanently by @Flipkart because I bring this issue on twitter. This has not happened with me only but with many customers.Nobody is bothered whether you have so many data/coins/vouchers, everything is vanished.
