@Delta @skyteam @Alitalia TLJ. As a customer , I thought my flight is with delta ( coz ticket does show both Alitalia and DL 63) as flight numbers ... when I asked for itinerary change , delta personnel did make same assumption as myself ( TLJ - try to see here -

@Delta @skyteam @Alitalia is it acceptable that if delta makes a mistake with ticket , a custome only gets apology ... but if customer makes a mistake with ticket , payment is expected ... hypocrisy ?
